Shipping Policy
Overnight Shipping is not available at this time. Continental US shipping: excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, Guam and the US Virgin Islands. Continental US standard is $9.95; if your order is $100 or more, however, standard shipping is 14.95. Please allow 7 to 10 business days delivery.
P.O. BOXES/APO/FPO
We cannot ship an order to a P.O. Box. APO and FPO orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Note: Orders shipped via USPS cannot be tracked.
CANADIAN SHIPPING:
Canada Standard is $19.95; however, if your order is $200 or more, standard shipping is FREE. Please allow 10 to 14 business days consolidation and delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International shipping is billed at cost, if your order is less than $200; shipping if FREE, however, if your order is $200 or more. Please note that any customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 14 to 20 business days for delivery, depending upon the location.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a satisfaction guarantee policy. If you’re not happy with anything you’ve ordered, return it to us within 30 days with your original receipt. In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied, products must be returned in new or gently used condition with all accessories including applicators. Please note, that returns will be made at your own cost and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded. When items are purchased as a set, we will only accept returns of complete sets and not individual items. Items may not be returned by mail, and will not be refunded, 30 days after the purchase date. Items shipped back outside of the returns window may not be returned to you. Please inspect all items upon arrival and communicate any issues with us within 30 days.
HOW TO RETURN
Contact I Am Richard Marston for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION or RA number at (310) 864-8637. Include your name, e-mail address, and phone number with your return, so we can contact you if necessary. We appreciate a reason for the return to help us in the future. Its is highly recommended to have tracking for packages we do not issue refunds until the package has arrived.
Please allow 30 days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you return your item within 30 days of purchase, and paid with a credit or debit card, your refund will be applied to your card for the purchase price of the item. If you paid with PayPal, a full refund for the purchase price of the item will be applied to your PayPal account. Items may not be returned by mail, and will not be refunded, 30 days after the purchase date. Items shipped to I am Color Me Beautiful outside of the returns window may not be returned to you.
EXCHANGES
I Am Richard Marston charges $2.99 for return shipping and handling. Please include a check or contact us with a card number at (310) 864-8637.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Canadian and international orders are provided as a customer service. However, due to the complexities of international trade, returns and exchanges are not available on these orders. If a package is abandoned you will receive a refund minus shipping costs and 10% restocking fee.
REFUSED PACKAGE:
If a packaged is refused and sent back you will receive a refund minus shipping and10% of the total price will be taken as a restocking fee. If you want the package sent to you again you will be charged to reship your packaged at our standard shipping price of $5.95.
WRONG ADDRESS
I Am Richard Marston charges $5.95 to reship packages to customers that entered wrong address at checkout for processing and reshipping. If not reshipped you will be
refunded your product total minus 10% restocking fee.
PRICE CHANGES/PRODUCT AVAILABILITY/DAMAGED GOODS/OUT OF STOCKS
Prices and availability are subject to change. Occasionally, certain products may be discontinued, in these instances, you are entitled to a speedy refund.
If out of stock, we will immediately place your order on backorder. When your item becomes available, it will be automatically shipped to you.
If products are damaged/broken please email a picture within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
Please be aware that there may be a slight variation in product shades and ingredients from time to time. Refer to the ingredient list on the product package you receive for the most up to date list of ingredients.
